Refund Policy

Courses
Courses are covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the course content. Request a refund via our contact page within 7 days of purchase.
Mentorship & mock interview sessions
Since these are scheduled 1:1 sessions with a limited number of slots, payments are non-refundable once the session is confirmed. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your slot and we'll work with you to find a new time at no extra cost.
Resume review
Resume review payments are non-refundable once your resume has been submitted for review, since work begins immediately after payment confirmation.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
